We choose one concrete need with you and turn it into something that can be tested. First we understand the process; then we agree the data, the limits and how to decide whether the trial should continue.
Diagnosis
We listen to how the process works today, who decides and what information supports it.
Design
We bound a case: the data needed, access, risks and an honest way to measure progress.
Trial
We test the solution on a small scale. A person reviews the answers and the doubtful cases.
Decision
With evidence from the pilot, we decide together whether to adjust, expand or stop. Without promising results before seeing them.
Your data is not a technical detail.
Before deciding whether deployment can be local, hybrid or cloud, we need to see your systems, permissions and requirements. Location, access and external services are named and agreed in each client's proposal.

Diagnosis
Understand the process, the data and the limits. It ends with a report and a decision.

One process, a separate environment, before-and-after measurement, human review.

Some grant lines may fund part of an industrial project. Check the call currently open.
We do not take the 2026 funds as available. According to telephone confirmation received from SPRI and recorded in the report of 05/10/2026, they are exhausted with what has been submitted. A possible grant is neither a condition for starting the diagnosis nor a guarantee of funding.
